A VISIT FROM HER BROTHER
Uncle Franz was a skilled cabinet maker. He came to America to visit his sister, Barbara. I remember the visit. He brought a very special present for his sister's grandchildren. He made us a big rocking horse that we named Rusty. We all had years of fun with that horse.
1100 Jahre Nieder-Liebersbach (877--1977) This book that was given to us by his son, Fritz when Loni visited there in the 1980's. From it we learned that Franz Josef was the Burgermeister 1946--1948. There is other interesting material in that book, including Franz Josef's accomplishments at that time.
